64排螺旋CT后处理技术在骨折的临床应用价值分析

摘要

Objective To analyze clinical value of 64 slice spiral CT after treatment technology application in fracture. Methods Information selected our hospital 110 cases of fracture patients to be analyzed retrospectively, all patients received 64-slice spiral CT post-processing technology to observe the clinical value. Results 110 cases of fracture patients, including limb fractures, rib fractures and facial fractures; Second, the three-dimensional reconstruction can visualize the fracture condition of the patient, and the three-dimensional reconstruction can clearly show the fracture and dislocation of the rotation phenomenon. Conclusion The clinical application of high-value after 64-slice spiral CT in the fracture process technology, help to visualize the specific situation of fracture patients, provide important reference for the treatment of fractures, and has clinical application value.%目的：分析在骨折中应用64排螺旋 CT 后处理技术的临床价值。方法资料选取本院收治的110例骨折患者予以回顾性地分析，所有患者均应用64排螺旋 CT 后处理技术，观察其临床价值。结果于110例骨折患者中，包括四肢骨折、肋骨骨折与颌面骨折等；二、三维重建能够直观显示患者骨折状况，且三维重建可清晰显示骨折旋转与脱位现象。结论在骨折中应用64排螺旋 CT 后处理技术的临床价值高，有利于直观显示患者骨折具体状况，能够为骨折治疗提供重要参考，具有临床推广及应用价值。
