64排螺旋CT及后处理技术用于骨关节骨折病变诊断的价值分析

         

摘要

目的:分析64排螺旋CT及后处理技术用于骨关节骨折病变诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1~10月我院收治的92例骨关节骨折患者的临床资料,均接受64排螺旋CT检查,随后用MPR、SSD、VR等后处理技术,对比在不同骨关节骨折中DR、周围图像和上述三种后图像技术的诊断价值。结果 MPR检出率为100%,DR、SSD检出率最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论64排螺旋CT结合其后处理技术诊断骨关节骨折价值较高。%Objective To analyze the value of 64-slice spiral CT and post-processing technique for the diagnosis of diseases of bone and joint fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 92 cases of bone and joint fracture patients from January to October 2015 in our hospital who underwent 64-slice spiral CT, followed by MPR, SSD, VR and other post-processing technology, compared the diagnostic value of different bone and joint fractures DR, the surrounding image and the three post-image technology.Results MPR detection rate was 100%, DR and SSD had lowest detection rate, there was significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT combined with the subsequent diagnosis of bone and joint fracture treatment technology have high value.
