目的：研究风险管理在提高手术室护理质量中的实施应用。方法选取我院风险管理实施前（2014年6～12月）和风险管理实施后（2015年3～9月）两个时段患者各360例，前者为对照组，后者为观察组。对观察组护理风险进行管理，分析两组手术室护理相关结果。结果观察组风险事件总发生率为2.77%，低于对照组风险事件总发生率22.21%，观察组疗效显著，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05；观察组中4例投诉事件（2.22%），1例纠纷事件（0.55%），对照组中38例投诉事件（22.11%），35例纠纷（19.44%），观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论引入手术室风险管理，取得了显著效果，医务人员可识别、评估、处理及控制风险，大大降低了危险事故发生的概率，对提高医疗质量及安全具有积极的意义。%Objective To study the implementation and application of risk management in improving the medical quality of operating room. Methods 360 patients were selected during the period before the implementation of risk management (from June to December 2014) and another 360 patients were selected during the period after the implementation of risk management (from March to September 2015) and the former one was the control group and the later one was the observation group. The nursing risk of the observation group was managed and the operation room nursing results of two groups were analyzed.Results The total incidence of risk events in the observation group was 2.77%, signiifcantly lower than that of the control group, 22.21%. The curative effect of the observation group was significant,P<0.05, in the observation group, there were four complaint events (2.22%), one dispute event (0.55%) and there were 38 complaint events (22.11%) and 35 dispute events (19.44%) and the observation group was evidently lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of operating room risk management can help medical workers recognize, evaluate, handle and control risks and greatly reduce the occurrence rate of risk accidents, so it is of great importance for improving medical quality and safety.
