护理风险管理在提高手术室护理质量和满意度中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of nursing risk management in operating room nursing quality and satisfaction.Methods:100 patients in a hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected and ran-domly divided into observation group and control group,50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group were given nursing risk management.Then compared nurs-ing risk,nursing quality and satisfaction of two groups.Results:The risk event rate of observation group was significantly lower than the that of control group,and nursing quality and satisfaction of observation group were significantly better than that of control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Taking a scientific,rational and ef-ficient nursing risk management in the operating room can reduce the risk incidence,improve the nursing quality and patients satisfaction,and effectively promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality, which can ensure the safety patients.%目的：：探讨应用护理风险管理对手术室护理质量及满意度的影响。方法：选择2012年5月~2014年5月住院患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组进行风险管理，比较两组护理风险、护理质量和患者对手术护理的满意度。结果：两组风险事件发生率，观察组明显优于对照组，且护理质量和满意度比较，观察组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论：手术室采取科学、合理、高效的护理风险管理，可降低风险发生率，提高护理工作质量和患者满意度，有力促进护理质量的持续改进，从而保障患者安全。
