胺碘酮治疗老年心衰并发室性心律失常的临床治疗观察

摘要

目的：研究胺碘酮治疗老年心衰并发室性心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年6月～2015年12月收治的老年心衰并发室性心律失常患者60例为研究对象，将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用胺碘酮进行治疗，对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为86.67%，对照组为66.67%，相对于对照组，观察组的临床治疗有效率要高。结论胺碘酮治疗老年心衰并发室性心律失常的效果较好。%Objective To study the amiodarone in the treatment of senile heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia in the clinical treatment effect. Methods 60 cases of heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia patients were chosen as the research object from June 2012 to December 2015, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group routine treatment, on the basis of the observation group in the control group treated with amiodarone, compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect.Results To observe the clinical treatment group the total effective rate was 86.67%, control group was 66.67%, compared with the control group and observation group in the clinical treatment efifciency is higher.Conclusion Amiodarone for the treatment of senile heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia effect obviously.
