左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To observe the efficiency of the triple therapy regimens with levolfoxacin in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp)-positive ulcer.Methods 210 cases of HP positive ulcer were selected and divided into the observation group and control group randomly, each group with 105. The control group was treated by omeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin, while the observation group was treated by omeprazole+levofloxacin+amoxicillin. 1 month after treatment, each group was reviewed by electronic gastroscope and 14C-UBT. The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results The control group and observation group Hp eradication rates were respectively 85.7% and 92.4%,while the total response rate of ulcer were 95.2% and 82.9% respectively. Differences were statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion Levolfoxacin triple therapy for Hp-positive peptic ulcer with clear clinical curative effect.%目的：探讨左氧氟沙星三联疗法对Hp阳性消化溃疡的治疗效果。方法选择210例Hp阳性的消化性溃疡患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组105例。对照组给予奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林；试验组给予奥美拉唑+左氧氟沙星+阿莫西林。治疗结束后1个月行电子胃镜和14C-尿素呼气试验（14C-UBT）检查，对比观察两组的临床疗效。结果对照组和试验组幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为85.7%、92.4%，溃疡治疗总有效率分别为95.2%、82.9%。差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论左氧氟沙星三联疗法对Hp阳性的消化性溃疡有明确的临床疗效。
