西药处方存在的不合理用药情况探究

摘要

目的：探讨西药处方存在的不合理用药情况。方法研究对象为我院2013年2月～2015年12月随机抽取的临床西药处方不合理用药的160例处方，分析其不合理原因与对应的管理对策。结果在160例不合理用药情况中，重复用药占比18.13%，药物联合使用毒性提升占比23.13%，药物联合使用药效降低30.00%，药品选用不合理15.63%，药物用法与剂量不合理占比5.00%，溶媒不合理5.13%。结论西药运用中不合理情况多样，需要针对各种情况做针对性管理才能提升用药规范性。%Objective To investigate the irrational drug prescription medicine exists.Methods The subjects for clinical medicine prescription of irrational drug prescription 160 cases in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2015 during a random sample, analyze the reasons for the irrational and the corresponding management strategies.Results In 160 cases of irrational drug use, and repeated drug use accounted for 18.13%, the use of toxic drugs in combination to enhance the proportion of 23.13%, reduce the efficacy of the drug in combination with 30.00%, 15.63% unreasonable choice of drugs, drug usage and dosage unreasonable accounting for 5.00%, 5.13% solvent unreasonable.Conclusion The use of Western medicine in case of unreasonable diverse needs for a variety of situations to do targeted medication management in order to enhance normative.
