探讨显微手术治疗垂体瘤的临床方法及价值研究

摘要

目的：探讨显微手术治疗垂体瘤的临床方法与价值。方法选取我院2012年3月～2015年3月收治的96例垂体瘤患者，每组48例，对照组采用经颅入路显微手术治疗，实验组采用经鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者术后症状改善率与肿瘤大小改善率优于对照组，对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与经颅入路显微手术治疗相比，经鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术治疗可以取得更好的治疗效果，其是一种安全、有效的手术方式，可以减少术后并发症发生率。%Objective To study the clinical method and the value of the microsurgery treatment of pituitary adenoma.Methods 96 patients with pituitary adenoma from March 2012 to March 2015, 48 cases in each group, control group using transcranial approach microsurgery treatment, the experimental group adopted the nostril transsphenoidal approach microsurgery treatment, to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results The patients with symptoms of postoperative period and the tumor size period was better than control group, compared to significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the transcranial approach microsurgery treatment, through the nostril transsphenoidal approach microsurgery treatment can achieve better effect, it is a safe and effective way of operation, can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
