Objective To study the give nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus after effects in the improvement of treatment adherence.Methods 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were chosen as the experimental study from March 2014 to March 2016. According to the use of different nursing methods in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus group. Clinical adopt the method of basic nursing intervention for the control group in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. The clinical nursing intervention methods for gestational diabetes mellitus in the observation group intervention. To look at the compliance rating. Results Observation group of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus dietary adherence score is (1.4±0.5) points. Movement compliance score (1.3±0.4) points. For medication adherence score (1.5±0.5). For the control group in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus dietary adherence score (1.9±0.7). Movement compliance score (1.9±0.6) points. For medication adherence score (2.1 ±0.7). In terms of compliance score, observation group was better than control group in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (P<0.05,t=9.369).Conclusion For patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, clinical nursing intervention, patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treatment adherence can be significantly improved, against the patient's blood sugar level to effectively control, maternal and child can effectively ensure the safety, the pregnancy with diabetes patient's quality of life improved signiifcantly.%目的：探讨对妊娠合并糖尿病患者给予护理干预后在提高治疗依从性方面获得的效果。方法选择我院2014年3月～2016年3月妊娠合并糖尿病患者70例作为此次实验研究对象。根据对妊娠糖尿病患者采取的不同护理方法展开分组。临床采用基础护理的方法对对照组妊娠糖尿病患者进行干预；临床采用护理干预的方法对观察组妊娠糖尿病患者进行干预；对依从性评分进行观察对比。结果观察组妊娠合并糖尿病患者饮食依从性评分为（1.4±0.5）分；运动依从评分（1.3±0.4）分；用药依从性评分为（1.5±0.5）分；对照组妊娠合并糖尿病患者饮食依从性评分为（1.9±0.7）分；运动依从评分（1.9±0.6）分；用药依从性评分为（2.1±0.7）分；在依从性评分方面，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05，t=9.369）。结论针对妊娠合并糖尿病患者，临床给予护理干预，可以将妊娠糖尿病患者治疗依从性显著提高，针对患者的血糖水平有效控制，母婴安全可以有效确保，将妊娠合并糖尿病患者的生活质量提高。
