创新视域下医学生人文素质培养探究--以海南医学院为例

摘要

The return of the medical humanism requires medical education to pay attention to humanistic cultivation. On the studying of medical university’s education idea, medical personnel training objectives and laws of medical students’ development, humanities education and teaching activity carry on the exploration and the reform with constructing three steps’ mode, combining the medical humanities education and citizen volunteer action, jointing socialist core values education and medical professional quality training.%医学人性化、人文化的回归要求医学教育融入和加强人文素质培养。在对医科大学教育理念、医学人才培养目标、医学生人文素养养成规律进行理论研究的基础上，推进人文教育教学的探索与改革，建构医学生人文素养培育“一二三”模式，将医学人文教育与公民志愿者行动相结合、社会主义核心价值观教育与医学专业人才素质培养合一。
