提高关节外科医学生实习质量的探讨

摘要

Along with the aggravation of the aging of the population, joint surgery as one of the important branches of the department of orthopedic surgery, professional and strong, disease and different, new theory, new technology changes with each passing day characteristics, under the new situation of medical, if the overall improvement of the department internship teaching level is particularly important. Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching process, this paper puts forward the teaching model based on problem oriented learning, the application of standardized patients and the introduction of clinical pathway, in order to improve the effectiveness of clinical practice.%随着人口老龄化的加剧，关节外科作为骨外科的重要分支之一，有着专业性强，病种繁多，新理论、新技术日新月异的特点，在医疗新形势下，如何提高科室整体实习带教水平显得尤为重要。本文针对目前带教过程中存在的问题，提出基于问题导向的学习、标准化病人的应用以及临床路径引入等教学模式，以期提高实习生临床实习效果。
