神经内科患者压疮的预防和护理措施分析

摘要

Objective To study the prevention and nursing measures of patients in department of ICU (Neurological).Methods June 2013 to 2015 December in our hospital 50 bedridden patients as the research object, according to the actual situation of the patients the pressure ulcer occurred for effective prevention, and the use of scientific and effective nursing methods of the nursing, to study its effect. Results After careful nursing, 10 patients with pressure ulcer wound healing, there were 40 cases of patients with no pressure ulcers phenomenon, no infection. Conclusion Scientiifc and reasonable prevention and effective nursing method for patients with neurological department of internal medicine can reduce pressure ulcer rates, and improve clinical efifcacy.%目的：研究神经内科患者压疮的预防和护理措施。方法选取2013年6月～2015年12月我院50例长期卧床患者为研究对象，根据患者的实际情况对其压疮的发生进行有效预防，并采用科学有效的护理方法对其进行护理，研究其效果。结果经过精心护理之后，10例压疮患者的创面愈合，还有40例患者没有出现压疮的现象，没有发生感染。结论要对神经内科患者压疮进行科学合理的预防，并采用有效的护理方法对其进行护理，进而降低患者的压疮发生率，促使压疮治疗效果的提高。
