分析比较MIPPO和传统手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果

摘要

目的：分析比较MIPPO和传统手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法73例胫骨远端骨折患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组（n=36）和对照组（n=37），观察组采用MIPPO术治疗，对照组采用传统切开复位内固定治疗。分析比较两组临床效果。结果观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、关节功能评分、治疗优良率等均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 MIPPO术治疗胫骨远端骨折的治疗优良率良好。%Abstract]Objective To compare the clinical effect of MIPPO and traditional surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods 73 cases of distal tibial fractures were using a random number table method, which were divided into observation group (n=36) and control group (n=37), observation group were treated with MIPPO technique in the treatment of fracture of tibial plateau, the control group were treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation. Analysis of the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results Observation group of patients with fracture healing time, hospitalization time,joint function score,clinical efficacy and other data were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Mippo surgery in the treatment of distal tibial fractures signiifcantly.
