无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with typeⅡ respiratory failure.Methods From June 2012 to June 2015, 60 chronic obstructive pulmonary patients with type II respiratory failure patients as the research object in our hospital, the patients in control group were treated with respiratory stimulant treatment, the observation group with respiratory stimulant combined with adjunctive therapy with noninvasive ventilation treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after the blood gas indexes.Results There were no differences in blood gas indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), after treatment, the improvement of blood gas indexes in the observation group was better than the control group, was difference had statistically signiifcance(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type II respiratory failure has the exact effect, which is beneifcial to improve the efifcacy of conventional treatment.%目的：探讨无创通气辅助治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病病并II型呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年6月~2015年6月慢性阻塞性肺疾病病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者60例作为研究对象，在常规治疗基础上，对照组采用呼吸兴奋剂治疗，观察组采用呼吸兴奋剂联合无创通气治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的血气指标。结果治疗前两组血气指标对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后观察组血气指标改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论无创通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病病并II型呼吸衰竭的治疗中具有确切的效果，有利于提高单纯常规治疗的疗效。
