慢性化脓性中耳炎的听骨链病变及对听力的影响

摘要

Objective To analysis of ossicular chain in chronic suppurative otitis media and the effect on hearing. Methods 50 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media were treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015. Among them, 40 patients were affected with one ear disease and 10 patients with ear disease, a total of 60 ears. For patients treated with pure tone test, tympanometry hearing related examination, and to observe the pathological changes of ossicular chain. Results 60 ear diseases and clinical examination results are as follows:(1) In 31 patients with lesions in the ear of the cholesteatoma, 15 cases for ear carious lesions, 14 cases of simple ear diseases. (2) 36 ears of ossicular chain disruption (fixed):17 cases of the relaxation part perforation, 19 cases of tension position perforation, 24 cases for complete ossicular chain:11 cases of the relaxation part perforation, 13 cases of nervous parts of perforation. Conclusion The caries type of ear diseases, ear cholesteatoma disease belongs to the high incidence of otitis media ossicular destruction.%目的：分析慢性化脓性中耳炎的听骨链病变及对听力的影响。方法选取2012年4月～2015年4月来我院接受治疗的50例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象，其中40例患者系单耳患病，10例系双耳患病，共60耳。对患者采取纯音测试、声导抗听力等相关检查，并观察听骨链病变情况。结果60耳病变的临床检查结果如下：（1）31例为胆脂瘤耳病变，15例为骨疡型耳病变，14例为单纯性耳病变。（2）36耳为听骨链中断（固定）：17例为松弛部位穿孔，19例为紧张部位穿孔；24例为听骨链完整：11例为松弛部位穿孔，13例为紧张部位穿孔。结论骨疡型耳病变、胆脂瘤型耳病变属于高发的中耳炎听骨链破坏。
