鼻声反射临床应用进展

     

摘要

The air condition of nasal ventilation can affect the resistance of the whole airway and the performance of the respiratory function. Acoustic rhinometry (AR) is the main method to measure nasal ventilation function, which plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of nasal obstructive diseases (such as nasal polyps and nasal septum deviation), adenoid hypertrophy, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. As the result that it has the characteristics of quick, convenient, repeatable, accurate, minimally invasive and so on, its clinical application is more and more widely. The recent progress in clinical application of acoustic rhinometry was reviewed.%鼻腔通气状态的好坏会影响整个气道的阻力及呼吸功能。鼻声反射(AR)是测量鼻腔通气功能的主要方法,在鼻阻塞性疾病(如鼻息肉、鼻中隔偏曲等)、腺样体肥大、慢性肥厚性鼻炎、血管运动性鼻炎、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征等疾病的诊治中发挥了重要作用,因其具有快捷方便、可重复、精确、微创等特点,在临床应用愈来愈广泛。现将近年来鼻声反射临床应用的进展作一综述。
