在职公共卫生硕士(MPH)教育满意度及其影响因素分析

     

摘要

目的:探讨在职MPH教育满意度及其影响因素的关联关系。方法利用SPSS 22.0中的多重对应分析方法对2003~2010级中国疾控中心在职MPH毕业生对母校评价的情况及影响因素进行分析。结果“很满意和较满意”的毕业生占95.4%,毕业生的学位课题与工作关联性越高、达到预期上学目标程度越高,则总体满意度越高,性别、现教育情况等与总体满意度关联较弱。结论达到个人上学预期目标和结合其职场规划选择课题研究方向的在职MPH学员对在职研究生教育总体满意度较高。%Objective To investigate the correlation between part-time MPH's education satisfaction and its factors.Methods Using multiple correspondence analysis in SPSS 22.0 analyze the situation and factors of the evaluation of the 2003~2010 graduates of China CDC part-time MPH.Results Graduates who felt "very satisifed and more satisifed" accounted for 95.4%, the higher degree of relationship between subjects and work, the higher degree of achieving the goal of study which they expected, the higher degree of the overall satisfaction. Gender, the current situation of education and other factors are weakly associated with the overall satisfaction.Conclusion The students of China CDC part-time MPH who had achieved the goal of study and chosen research direction combined with their career planning show a higher level of the overall satisfaction.
