ICU目标性监测对护理质量持续改进效果的影响

摘要

目的：探讨ICU目标性监测对护理质量持续改进效果的影响。方法对2013年1月～2015年12月在本院ICU接受治疗的870例进行研究，以2015年目标性监测的时间作为分界点将870例患者分成两组，2015年1月之前的420例为对照组，之后的450例为观察组，对两组的应用效果进行分析对比。结果目标性监测的观察组出现导尿管相关感染、呼吸机相关性肺炎、血管导管相关血流感染的机率均低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 ICU目标性监测可有效促进护理质量持续改进，适合普及应用。%Objective The objective of supervision applied to ICU ward, explore the nursing methods on continuous quality improvement effect. Methods 870 patients between January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital ICU treatment were studied in 2015 targeted surveillance time as the boundary point 870 cases were divided into two groups, January 2015 before admitted 420 patients were in the control group, 450 patients after the observation group, the effect of the application of the two groups were analyzed and compared.ResultsApplying targeted surveillance observation group had catheter-related infections, ventilator-associated pneumonia, the probability of vascular catheter-related bloodstream infections were lower than the control group,P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion The objective of supervision applied in ICU care can enhance the effect of continuous quality improvement, reduce the incidence of infection, for universal application.
