血府逐瘀汤加减缩短稳定型心绞痛患者心绞痛持续时间的效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on stable angina pectoris (SAP) for the angina duration.Methods 105 cases of SAP with ballot method were divided into two groups, Western medicine group were given simvastatin oral, Chinese medicine group were given Xuefuzhuyu decoction, recorded and compared the efifcacy and the time of angina duration.Results The total efifciency of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was 94.34%, higher than Western medicine group, which was 80.77%,P<0.05. Angina Medicines duration after Chinese medicine treatment was (2.44±0.55) min, lower than western medicine group, which was (2.75±0.58) min,P<0.05.Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu decoction can signiifcantly reduce the duration of SAP, improved angina symptoms and signs, has a very important role in the obstruction of angina aggravated sexual aspect.%目的：分析血府逐瘀汤加减缩短稳定型心绞痛（SAP）患者心绞痛持续时间的效果。方法采用抽签法105例确诊SAP患者进行分组，西药组给予辛伐他汀片口服，中药组增加血府逐瘀汤加减口服，记录并对比治疗后综合疗效和心绞痛持续时间。结果中药组治疗总有效率为94.34%，高于西药组的80.77%，P＜0.05；中药组治疗后心绞痛持续时间（2.44±0.55）min，低于西药组的（2.75±0.58）min，P＜0.05。结论血府逐瘀汤加减能够缩短稳定型心绞痛患者心绞痛持续时间，改善心绞痛症状与体征，在阻碍心绞痛进行性加重方面具有非常重要的作用。
