自拟活血通痹汤用于酒精性股骨头坏死治疗中的价值分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the value of huoxue tongbi decoction in the treatment of alcohol induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods70 cases of alcohol femoral head necrosis were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group, control group was treated with gukang capsule, observation group received huoxue tongbi decoction. ResultsThe excellent rate of the observation group was 88.6%, which was higher than that of the control group 65.7%. After treatment, the Harris score of observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of Huoxue Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of osteonecrosis through alcoholic stocks signiifcantly good.%目的：分析自拟活血通痹汤用于酒精性股骨头坏死治疗中的价值。方法将70例酒精性股骨头坏死患者随机分为两组，每组各35例，对照组口服骨康胶囊，观察组服用自拟活血通痹汤。结果观察组治疗优良率为88.6%，高于对照组的优良率65.7%，治疗后，观察组的Harris评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论自拟活血通痹汤治疗酒精性股骨头坏死效果显著。
