口腔溃疡患者应用双黄连口服液与雷尼替丁治疗的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the curative effect of ranitidine and Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in the treatment of patients with oral ulcer. Methods From September 2013 to May 2015, 88 cases of oral ulcer patients in our hospital were selected. According to the principle of random distribution, 88 patients were divided into Shuanghuanglian oral liquid group (48 cases) and ranitidine group (40 cases). After the end of the course of treatment, to compare the treatment effect about two groups.Results The total effective rate of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid treatment was 100%, and the total efifcacy of ranitidine therapy is 87.5%, to compare the curative effect about two groups, the difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).ConclusionThe curative effect of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in the treatment of oral ulcer is remarkable, effectively promote the patient's health and improve the life quality of patients.%目的：分析双黄连口服液与雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法将本院2013年9月～2015年5月收治的88例口腔溃疡患者，按照随机分配的原则，将其分成双黄连口服液组（48例）和雷尼替丁组（40例），在疗程结束后，比较两者的治疗效果。结果双黄连口服液治疗的总有效率为100%，而雷尼替丁治疗的总疗效为87.5%，两组患者的临床治疗效果比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论双黄连口服液在治疗口腔溃疡疾病中效果显著，有效地促进了患者的健康，提高了患者的生活质量。
