中药治疗儿童过敏性紫癜42例

摘要

目的：观察中药治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的效果。方法病变偏于上半身或全身散在分布紫癜者，给予“凉血五花汤”加减治疗。皮肤紫癜偏于下半身采用“凉血五根汤”，辩证加减治疗。结果本组42例，临床治愈40例，占95.2%；有效和无效各1例，各占2.4%。结论中药凉血活血，疏风解毒，清热活血化瘀，治疗过敏性紫癜疗效良好。%Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura.Methods If the lesion of the patients was distributed in the upper body or the whole body, the patients were given with "cooling wuhua decoction" for modiifed treatment. Partial skin purpura on the lower body with "ifve liangxue decoction" for dialectically modiifed treatment.ResultsIn 42 cases, 40 cases were cured, accounting for 95.2%, the effective and ineffective treatment in each 1 case, accounting for 2.4%.ConclusionThe traditional Chinese medicine have the work about cooling blood and activating blood circulation, dispelling wind, heat detoxiifcation and blood circulation and have good curative effect in the treatment of allergic purpura.
