指导高校医学生创新创业训练计划实践探讨

摘要

目的：探究指导高校医学生创新创业训练计划实践的方法和意义。方法对指导高校医学生创新创业训练计划实践的现状进行分析，深入探讨不足之处和相对应的发展举措。结果通过分析发现高校医学生创新能力缺乏的原因主要存在3方面问题，高校从师资方面和教育模式方面存在不足；学生本身缺乏探索的毅力；从整个社会大环境来说缺少对于创新的支持。结论我们要改善高校师资力量和教育模式，鼓励学生进行实践创新，为学生提供创新实践的平台使学生的创新能力得到发展，并且用自己所学为社会谋福利，促进社会的不断发展。%Objective To explore the methods and significance of guiding the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship training program for medical students in coleges and universities.Methods To analyze the current situation of the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship training of medical students in colleges and universities, to explore the shortcomings and the corresponding development measures. Results Through the analysis found that medical students lack innovative ability causes mainly exist in three aspects. 1 is colleges and universities from the teachers and education mode problems. 2 is the lack of perseverance to explore on the students themselves, 3 is from the social environment, lack for innovation.Conclusion Improving college teachers and education mode, encourage students to practice innovation, for students to provide innovative practice platform to develop the innovative ability of students, and my own working for the welfare of the society, promote social development.
