护理干预对老年心血管疾病患者抗栓治疗的作用探讨

Objective To study the nursing intervention for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases the role of antithrombotic therapy. MethodsFrom receiving treatment of 138 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 69 cases in each group.ResultsObservation group after nursing intervention of patients with raised against suppository treatment adherence, significantly lower than the control group against thrombus compliance group, observation group, the incidence of complications is lower than the control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the old patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD) against thrombus treatment compliance, reduce the incidence of complications.%目的：探讨护理干预对老年心血管疾病患者抗栓治疗的作用。方法选取我院接收治疗的老年心血管疾病患者138例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各69例。结果观察组经过护理干预的患者提高了对抗栓治疗的依从性，对照组对抗血栓的依从性低于观察组，观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组。结论护理干预能有效提高老年心血管疾病患者对抗血栓治疗的依从性，降低并发症的发生率。
