二维及彩色多普勒超声检查对老年骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓诊断的价值

摘要

Objective The value of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with fracture. Methods 78 cases of elderly patients with fracture in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with lower extremity deep vein. Results Two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasonography were performed in the elderly patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity, increased vascular wall width, there are no echo images or low echo images in the lumen, partial thrombosis showed. Conclusion Two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography, timely diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with fracture, moreover, the dynamic changes of the deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs can be observed dynamically.%目的分析二维及彩色多普勒超声检查对老年骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓诊断的价值。方法选择我院2014年7月-2016年6月收治的老年骨折患者78例作为研究对象，选择二维和彩色多普勒超声检查患者的下肢深静脉。结果对老年骨折下肢深静脉血栓进行二维及彩色多超声检查发现，血管壁宽度增加，管腔内没有回声图像或者存在低回声图像，部分血栓表现为飘动。结论应用二维及彩色多普勒超声检查，能对老年骨折患者的下肢深静脉血栓进行及时诊断，而且能对下肢深静脉血栓的演变情况进行动态观察。
