目的：分析肱骨近端骨折应用肱骨近端加压锁定钢板与传统钢板治疗的临床疗效。方法以我院肱骨近端骨折患者66例为研究对象，将其随机分为研究组与常规组，各组33例。其中常规组患者给予传统钢板治疗；研究组患者给予肱骨近端加压锁定钢板治疗。结果研究组患者并发症发生率为3.03%，低于常规组的15.15%并发症发生率，且研究组骨折愈合时间（12.15±2.23）周，短于常规组（16.21±3.02）周，组数据对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肱骨近端加压锁定钢板治疗效果突出，并发症少，可促进患者骨折快速愈合。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of proximal humeral locking plate and conventional plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures. Methods 66 cases of proximal humeral fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the conventional group, each group had 33 cases. The patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional steel plate, while the study group was treated with proximal humeral locking compression plate. Results The patients in study group the complication rate was 3.03%, lower than the conventional group 15.15%the incidence of complications, fracture healing time and the study group (12.15±2.23) weeks, shorter than the conventional group (16.21±3.02) weeks, with statistical significance in group data comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of proximal humeral locking plate is more effective and less complications, which can accelerate the healing of the fracture.
