甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗临床要点分析

摘要

Objective To analyze and research the thyroid tumour general surgery clinical key points.Methods 68 cases of thyroid cancer patients in Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Medicine Hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were chosen, the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed, according to the different treatment of the patients were divided into control group and study group, the control group of 32 patients with conservative treatment, 36 patients in study group were treated by surgery, effective treatment and the rate of recurrence was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, while the recurrence rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion For the surgical treatment of thyroid tumor department of general surgery, appropriate joint conservative treatment is needed.%目的：分析和研究甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗的临床要点。方法选取内蒙古国际蒙医医院2014年12月—2015年12月收治的68例甲状腺肿瘤患者，对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为参照组和研究组，其中参照组32例患者采用保守治疗，研究组36例患者采用手术治疗，观察和比较两组患者的治疗有效率和复发情况。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率高于参照组，而研究组患者的复发率高于参照组，P＜0.05，比较差异具有统计学意义。结论针对甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗来说，还需要适当的联合保守治疗方法。
