陕西关中地区野生荠菜中微量元素含量的测定

摘要

采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了陕西关中地区荠菜中Fe,Mn,Zn,Mg,Cu 5种微量元素的含量.结果表明:该地产荠菜中Mg,Fe,Zn的含量较高,具有很好的药用和食用价值.该方法测定的精密度高(RSD＜3％),样品的加标回收率在98％～101％之间,测定结果准确、可靠,为当地荠菜的开发、推介提供了依据.%Determine the contents of trace elements sach as Fe,Mn,Zn,Mg,Cu in wild capsella in the Central Shaanxi with atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The result shows that the contents of Mg,Fe,Zn in capsella are high and they have favorable officinal and edible values.The method has high accuracy(RSD＜3％),the recovery of sample is between 98％ and 101％,the result is accurate and reliable,which provides evidence for the development of local capsella resources.
