掺加罂粟粉调味料检测方法研究

From the importance of detecting Papaver somniferum powder seasoning,the present situations and shortcomings of chromatography,oscillopolarography,ELISA and PCR for detecting Papaver somniferum powder seasoning are summarized. The advantages of LAMP method for detecting Papaver somniferum powder seasoning are analyzed and the application prospect of LAMP method is expected.%从掺加罂粟粉调味料检测的重要性入手，综述了色谱法、示波极谱法、酶联免疫法、PCR 检测法用于掺加罂粟粉调味料检测的现状及存在的缺点，分析了 LAMP 检测方法用于掺加罂粟粉调味料检测的优势，并对其应用前景进行了展望。
