水坂景观大桥微膨胀自密实钢管混凝土应用技术研究

         

摘要

乌鲁木齐水坂景观大桥工程是十三届冬运会场的配套设施,为新疆地区首例大跨度中承式飞燕拱桥。桥拱钢管混凝土结构采用C50微膨胀、自密实混凝土,具有良好的工作性能、微膨胀性能和力学性能:钢管混凝土自由膨胀率稳定收敛期为52d,自由膨胀率为5.0×10-4;3d强度达到设计强度90.6%,7d即达到设计强度。混凝土浇注采用顶升法施工工艺,灌注施工过程中根据泵送压力情况调整泵送作业方案,并在泵送作业前后及泵送作业过程中进行了全过程测量控制并采取了适当的纠偏措施。%Urumqi ShuiBan Landscape Bridge is supporting facilities of 12 Olympic winter games , which was the first large span half-through flying-swallow-type arch bridge in Xinjiang region. C50 micro expansion self-compacting concrete was used in arch concrete-filled steel tube structure,that had good work performance, micro expansion performance and mechanical properties, the stable convergence period of free expansion for steel concrete was 52 days and the free expansion rate was 5.0í10-4; 3d strength met design strength by 90.6%, 7d strength met design strength. The technology of concrete pouring was used by jack-up method which should be adjusted by pumping pressure situation pumping operation scheme. At the same time, whole process measurement control is carried out before or after pumping operations, and in pumping process, appropriate corrective measures should be taken.
