基于可视化流程管理的高校信息技术服务平台的研究

         

摘要

随着信息技术业务范围的不断扩大,高校信息技术服务出现服务难及时、工作难管理、时间难协调、绩效难量化和知识难共享的问题.针对目前高校信息技术服务流程数字化和网络化的需求,笔者以浙江农林大学办事大厅为例,设计了基于可视化流程管理的信息技术服务平台.该平台具有流程管理、用户管理、角色管理、日志管理、台历日程管理、知识分享、绩效统计和数据备份等功能.最后提出了信息技术的服务模式.%With the continuous expansion of the scope of information technology business, there are problems in the information technology service of colleges and universities, which are difficult to service, difficult to manage, difficult to coordinate time, difficult to quantify, and difficult to share knowledge. In view of the needs of the digital and networked information technology service process in colleges and universities, the author takes the office of the Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University as an example to design a information technology service platform based on the visualization process management. The platform has the functions of process management, user management, role management, log management, calendar management, knowledge sharing, performance statistics and data backup. Finally, the service model of information technology is put forward.
