30.8万t油轮涂装生产模式及工艺的研究

摘要

It is the first time to make 308 thousand ton oil carrier in Southern China area.This paper narrates how to successfully deliver the vessels complying with the existing system of Guangzhou,through analyzing the present situation and problems of the company and optimizing the resources of human and equipments.In the same time,to satisfy the requirement of ship-owner and the PSPC standard of IMO,higher requirements are put forward for painting of the vessels.According to the old production pattern and process,to meet the status of Longxue Shipbuilding Company and to establish new and feasible coating production management mode,different modifications are made.%针对华南地区首次制造30.8万t级油轮,依据广州龙穴造船厂现有制度,通过对目前现状及存在问题的分析,优化及合理调配人员及设备资源,使之顺利交船。同时为满足船东及其后IMO强制实施的PSPC标准,对该系列船型涂装提出了新的要求：在旧有涂装生产模式及工艺下,如何有区别地进行改进,使其更符合龙穴造船的现状,建立可行的涂装生产管理模式。
