不确定度在汽车涂料黏度检测中的应用

摘要

依据GB/T1723-9《3涂料黏度测定法》,以大量的实践经验和试验数据为基础,以汽车用罩光清漆为例,论述了测量不确定度评定在汽车涂料黏度检测领域中的应用方法。评定方法适用于相似试验条件下的汽车用涂料黏度测定的不确定度评定。%This paper narrates the method for how to use the measurement uncertainty in the test of the viscosity of automobile coatings based on the standard Determination of Viscosity of Coatings and the large quantity of practice and experiment data for finishing varnish of automobile. The method can be used in the evaluation of uncertainty in the test of coatings viscosity under the similar conditions.
