甲板防滑涂层施工问题与讨论

摘要

Slip resistance deck paint system was mainly composed of primer, elastic surfacer, topcoat and anti-skid aggregates, and different layers play different roles. Some problems during the application, such as an intermediate layer foaming, anti-skid aggregates spread uneven inconsistent surface color, non-slip pellets off, cracks, sagging, peeling, were researched. Some countermeasures were proposed based on practical experiences.%甲板防滑涂料主要由底漆、弹性中涂漆、面漆及防滑粒料组成，各层涂层的功能侧重点不同。针对不同涂层在施工中存在的一些显著问题，诸如中间层起泡、防滑粒料散布不均匀、表面颜色不一致、防滑粒料脱落、裂纹、流挂、剥落等，根据多年的现场施工实践经验提出一些切实可行的处理办法，并针对甲板特殊部位的涂装给出建议。
