自交联丙烯酸酯乳液在水性木器封闭底漆中的应用研究

     

摘要

To prepare an acrylic ester emulsion with outstanding seal performance, the acetate A is chosen as a crosslinking monomer of the emulsion to research the inlfuence of acetate A’s dosage and emulsion pH on sealing performance and heat storage stability of seal primer after ifve special metal salts are compared, and then its seal effect is tested on the basis of several substrates and compared with seal emulsions available in the market. The result shows:good seal performance of the primer can be obtained when the acetate A is used as the crosslinking monomer. As the crosslinking monomer dosage increases, the emulsion seal capacity rises but the heat storage stability decreases. As the emulsion pH increases, its heat storage stability rises up but the emulsion seal capacity decreases. When the crosslinking monomer dosage is 2% and emulsion pH is about 8.5~9, the sealing primer has good seal capacity and stability. The acrylic ester emulsions formulated in the experiment have good seal effects on several substrates and their seal capacity is superior to most products available in the market. The metallic self-crosslinking acrylic ester emulsion formulated in the experiment can effectively solve bleeding problem in painting of waterborne wood coatings.%为制备封闭性能优异的丙烯酸酯乳液,通过比较5种特殊金属盐后,选择醋酸盐A作为乳液的交联单体,研究了醋酸盐A的用量和乳液pH值对封闭底漆封闭性能和热贮存稳定性的影响,并在多种基材上测试其封闭效果及与市售封闭乳液作了比较。结果表明:采用醋酸盐A作交联单体,底漆封闭性能较好,随着交联单体用量增加,乳液封闭性能增强,热贮存稳定性降低,随着乳液pH值的提高,热贮存稳定性提高,乳液封闭性能降低,当交联单体用量为2%,乳液p H值在8.5~9时,制备的封闭底漆兼具良好的封闭性及稳定性,实验制备的丙烯酸酯乳液在多种基材上均具有较好的封闭效果,其封闭性能优于市面上的大多数产品。实验制备的金属自交联丙烯酸酯乳液有效解决水性木器涂料涂装中的渗色问题。
