This paper describes the corporate culture construction in Shanxi tiandi wangpo coal mining company from four aspect,including the concept of culture,safety culture,honest and clean culture,ideological and political culture,which promote the enterprise management up-grading.The company continuously made new achievements.%从理念文化、安全文化、廉洁文化、思想政治文化四个方面详细介绍了山西天地王坡煤业有限公司的企业文化建设工作，促进了企业管理升级，推动了公司各方面工作不断取得新成绩。
