当前煤炭企业深化用工与分配制度改革问题初探

摘要

围绕定编定员管理、员工调配与晋升、薪酬管理、绩效考核等内容，结合国有煤炭企业的实际，对当前企业用工和分配中的热点难点问题进行了深入探讨，并提出了因地制宜、因人而异，因时而异、与时俱进，规范性与差异性相结合，借鉴交流、开阔视野，渐进性变革与阔步性改革相结合的建议。%Based on the contents of personnel allocation management,staff deployment and promotion,compensation management,performance evaluation etc.,combining with the actual situation of stateGowned coal enterprises,the paper discusses the current hot and difficult probG lems of employment and allocation in enterprises,and puts forward some proposals of adj usting measures to local conditions,varying with different man and time,keeping pace with the times, combining standardization with diversity,learning and exchanging,broadening horizons,combiG ning the gradual change with striding reform.
