深部构造应力作用下破碎围岩注浆加固技术研究∗

             

摘要

分析了胡底矿辅助运输大巷的失稳破坏机理,认为构造应力作用、泥岩风化、采动影响及围岩流变是造成巷道围岩破坏的原因。提出了采用高强高预紧力注浆锚索和注浆加固联合支护技术加固围岩。现场应用表明采用联合支护技术后,不但有效控制了辅助运输大巷的失稳破坏,还限制了围岩的长期流变,从而保持了巷道的长期稳定。%The buckling failure mechanism of subsidiary main haulage roadway in Hudi Mine was analyzed,it showed that tectonic stress,mudstone weathering,mining influence and sur-rounding rock flowing deformation were the causes of surrounding rock failure. The combined supporting technology adopting grouting cable anchor with high-strength and high pre-tightening force and grouting reinforcement was put forward to strengthen the surrounding rock. Field ap-plication indicated that the combined supporting technology not only effectively controlled the buckling failure of subsidiary main haulage roadway,but also restricted the long-time flowing de-formation of surrounding rock,so that kept the long-term stability of roadway.
