煤矿铲板式支架搬运车超载使用的危害及对策

摘要

随着煤矿井下铲板式支架搬运车超载使用现象越来越普遍，严重影响了煤矿安全生产。本文推导了铲板式支架搬运车稳定行驶条件，定义了铲板式支架搬运车超载状态，从车辆整车性能、寿命及外界环境出发，详细说明了铲板式支架搬运车超载使用的危害，并从主观和客观两方面分析了车辆超载使用的原因，提出了避免车辆超载使用的措施及建议。%The shovel chock vehicle overloading becomes increasingly common in the coal mine,which has a serious impact on coal mine safety production. In this paper,the steadily driv-ing condition of the shovel chock vehicle is derived,and the overloading state of the chock vehicle is defined. The hazards on the chock vehicle overloading are specified from the performance and life of the chock vehicle and the external surroundings,finally,the subj ective and obj ective rea-sons of overloading are analyzed,and the measures and suggestions on avoiding the overload are proposed.
