PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal damage countermeasure device capable of preventing harmful animals such as monkeys, wild boars, and dears from approaching a target cultivation land.;SOLUTION: A animal damage countermeasure device A protecting crops in a cultivation land 17 against harmful animals has sound generation means which generates a threatening stay sound copied from a sound with which a person or a dog stays, a threatening approach sound copied from a sound with which the person or the dog approaches, and the combination thereof. The sound generation means includes: a speaker arranged in the rotation center inside the device; a plurality of horn parts which rotate and spread the generated sound with directivity; a control circuit which controls the rotation of the horn parts and generates the threatening sound; and a power supply for driving, and the power supply for driving is shared by an electric fence 16 arranged in the cultivation land 17.
