不同侧压系数下深部软岩巷道应力演化规律及支护研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the serious deformation and destruction of deep soft rock roadway,taking 1 1 3 1 6 haulage roadway at Xieqiao Mine as the research object,the deep soft roadway rock with different lateral pressure coefficients was studied by field in-vestigation,numerical simulation and application practice to figure out the mechanics evolution characteristics,and the distribu-tion laws of displacement field and destruction field of roadway surrounding rock and optimization support technology. The re-search results showed that with the increase of lateral pressure coefficient,the stress concentration of roadway surrounding rock gradually shifted from two sides of roadway to the roof and floor,which led to the deformation of roadway roof and floor.Optimi-zation scheme of equal strength pre-stressed anchor bolt and high-strength pre-stressed anchor cable was proposed to strengthen the support of roof and the corner of two sides.The practice result showed that the optimization scheme could realize the stable support of high lateral stress soft rock roadway.%针对深部软岩巷道变形破坏严重问题,以谢桥煤矿11316运输巷为研究对象,采用现场调研、数值模拟及应用实践等方法,研究了不同侧压系数下深部软岩巷道围岩力学演化特征,以及位移场、破坏场的分布规律和优化支护技术.研究结果表明,随着侧压系数的增加,巷道围岩应力集中程度逐渐从巷道两帮向顶底板移近,进而导致巷道顶底板的剧烈变形破坏.提出了等强预应力让压锚杆及高强度预应力锚索的优化方案,加强了对巷道顶板及帮部底角位置的支护.实践结果表明,采用该优化方案实现了对高水平应力软岩巷道的稳定支护.
