半刚性钢管混凝土框架梁柱端板连接抗震性能试验研究

         

摘要

为获悉半刚性钢管混凝土框架梁柱端板连接在地震作用下的力学性能,进行两组共8个钢管混凝土柱与钢梁单边螺栓端板连接节点试件的低周反复加载试验,包括4个平齐端板连接节点和4个外伸端板连接节点。研究端板厚度、端板类型、柱截面类型和螺栓锚固构造对节点破坏形态和抗震性能的影响。详细观察节点在低周反复荷载作用下的受力全过程,分析连接弯矩一转角滞回曲线和骨架曲线、强度和刚度退化规律、耗能能力等抗震性能指标。同时结合现有规范,评价节点的刚性和延性。研究表明,端板类型、端板厚度和柱截面类型对节点承载力和刚度影响较大;螺栓设置锚固构造措施可有效地改善节点的受力性能;钢管混凝土框架梁柱单边螺栓端板连接节点属于半刚性连接节点,具有良好的抗震性能和安全可靠的连接,同级荷载作用下没有明显的强度和刚度退化,其延性可满足美国规范FEMA.350和中国规范GB50011抗震设计要求,可以在实际工程中应用和推广。%In order to investigate the seismic behavior of the end plate joints of concrete-filled steel tubular columns with blind bolts, a series of experiments of eight specimen joints subjected to cyclic loading has been conducted. The influences of the end plate thickness, the end plate type, the column section and the anchorage extensions of blind bolts on the failure modes and seismic behavior were studied. The loading process was carefully observed. The moment- rotation hysteretic curves and envelope curves, the degradation of strength and stiffness, and the energy dissipation were analyzed. The connection rigidity and ductility were also appraised by using the present specifications. The test results showed that the end plate thickness, the end plate type and the column section affect the connection capacities and stiffness. The anchorage extensions of blind bolts can improve performance of the connection. The proposed blind bolted end plate joints to CFST columns with semi-rigid behavior, shows excellent seismic performance, reliable and safe performance, and good energy dissipation capacity. Its ductility satisfies the seismic design requirements of American specification FEMA-350 and Chinese code GB 5001 I.
