装配式外套筒-加强式外伸端板组件梁柱连接节点抗震性能试验研究

         

摘要

Low-frequency cyclic loading and monotonous loading tests were conducted on specimens of prefabricated outer sleeve-overhang plate joints were applied by.The mechanical properties,failure modes,bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity,ductility and stiffness degradation of the joints were analyzed.The research results show that the initial rotational stiffness of joints increases with the thickness of the outer sleeve.When the wall thickness increases from 12mm to 14mm,the initial rotational stiffness is increases by about 17%.Increasing thickness of the outer sleeve delays the stiffness degradation of the joint.Prefabricated outer sleeve-overhang plate joints can increase energy dissipation and deformation.Mutual pull bolt connecting the beam and the column can induce "mutual pull effect",making nodes rotate easily.Each specimen angle is more than 0.035rad,which can satisfy the strong joint and rotation capacity in case of strong earthquake.But too significant "mutual pull effect" can make nodes slide so that hysteretic loop changes from "bow" shape to "anti S" shape,decreasing the node energy dissipation.The stiffness and energy dissipation of joints can be increased by choosing right diameter of the bolt and thickness of the outer sleeve,controlling the extension of mutual pull bolt and reducing the processing gap between outer sleeve and column in design.%针对装配式外套筒-加强式外伸端板组件梁与柱连接节点试件进行低周往复加载、单调加载试验,研究节点的受力机制、破坏模式、承载能力、耗能能力、延性和刚度退化等抗震性能.研究结果表明:节点初始转动刚度随外套筒壁厚的增加而增大,当外套筒壁厚由12mm增大到14mm时,节点初始转动刚度增大约17%.增大外套筒壁厚延迟节点的刚度退化速度;梁与柱采用高强螺栓外伸端板组件连接,可以提高节点的变形和耗能能力.梁柱对拉螺栓连接产生一定的“对拉效应”,使节点具有较大的转动能力,试件转角均超过0.035rad,可以满足“强节点”和大震对连接节点转动能力的要求;但是过于显著的对拉效应,使节点产生滑移,滞回环由“弓形”过渡到“反S形”,节点的耗能能力下降.设计中应通过选择合理的螺栓直径和外套筒壁厚、合理控制对拉螺栓的伸长值、减少外套筒与柱壁间的加工误差等措施,提高节点的刚度以及耗能能力.
