Ca3Al2O6:Eu/Tb的溶胶-凝胶法合成及发光性能研究

         

摘要

运用Pechini溶胶-凝胶法成功合成了Ca3Al2O6: Eu/Tb发光材料.通过X射线衍射(XRD),傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM),光致发光(PL)等表征方法对样品的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了详细的研究.探讨了煅烧温度对材料结构的影响,确定了最佳煅烧温度为900 ℃,远低于传统固相法的1350 ℃;考察了掺杂浓度对材料发光性能的影响,确定了Eu3+和Tb3+的最佳掺杂浓度分别为5.0 mol%和1.0 mol%.%Ca3Al2O6: Eu/Tb phosphors were successfully prepared by Pechini sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), fluoride transition infrared spectrum (FT-IR), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), and photoluminescence (PL) were used to characterize their structure, morphology and PL properties. The effect of the annealing temperatures on the crystal structure of Ca3Al2O6indicated that the optimum annealing temperature was 900 °C which is far more lower than that of the traditional solid state method; the relation between the doping concentration and the luminescent intensity revealed that the optimum doping concentrations of Eu3+and Tb3+were 5.0 mol% and1.0 mol%, respectively.
