PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of oxide-based phosphors is provided to synthesis phosphors with uniform composition, and excellent crystalline and light-emitting properties.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of oxide-based phosphors comprises: a step of forming solution by dissolving Y(NO3)3·6H2O, Eu(NO3)3·5H2O, and Li(NO3) by citric acid and distilled water; a step of primary heating the solution after adding ammonia aqueous solution, and forming precursor by secondary heating, combusting, and primary crushing the product under the state of gel; a step of forming powder by primary heat-treating and secondary crushing the precursor; and a step of synthesizing phosphors by secondary heat-treating at predetermined temperature for specific times.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
