PHOSPHOR PASTE CAPABLE OF ENHANCING LUMINOUS EFFICIENCY AND SECURING RELIABILITY BY MIXING A THERMOPLASTIC BINDER RESIN, WHICH IS PYROLYZED AT A LOW TEMPERATURE, WITH THE PHOSPHOR, A FLUORESCENT FILM USING THE SAME, AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A phosphor paste is provided to be plasticized at a low temperature less than 300 °C, to obtain excellent luminance by preventing the degradation of a phosphor, and to secure reliability by extremely revealing intrinsic light of the phosphor.;CONSTITUTION: A phosphor paste includes a phosphor, a binder resin, and a solvent. The phosphor paste includes 40-70 parts by weight of the binder resin based on 100.0 parts by weight of the phosphor. The binder resin is pyrolyzed at 250-300 °C. The binder resin is selected from a group comprising polyvinylalcohol with a molecular weight of 2,000-10,000 and boric acid-polyvinyl alcohol. A method for manufacturing a fluorescent film comprises a first step of forming a phosphor paste layer by printing the phosphor paste on a substrate and a second step of plasticizing the phosphor paste layer at 250-300 °C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
