中国流通现代化区域性差异实证分析

摘要

Commodity circulation modernization is mainly associated with the total scale and infrastructure ,the current structure,the efficiency,and the benefits of the circulation industry. To realize commodity circulation modernization,we should transform the development pattern of circulation industry,improve the organization level,promote the diversified development, accelerate the construction of informationization,strengthen the cultivation of professionals,accelerate the development of related law and regulation system,deepen reform in property right system of state-owned enterprises,and guide the circulation enterprises to“go out”.%流通现代化主要与流通总量和基础设施、流通组织化程度、流通效率、流通效益4个公共因子相关。目前，我国东部、中部、西部地区流通现代化水平差异明显，发展不均衡，主要有物质、技术、制度三个方面的原因。实现流通现代化，要转变流通业发展方式，提高流通组织化程度，促进流通业态多样化发展，加强流通人才培养，加快流通信息化和流通法律法规体系建设，深化国有企业产权制度改革，积极引导流通企业“走出去”，提升国际竞争力。
