螺旋藻富碘培养效果及现状

摘要

螺旋藻生长速度快,培养方便,具有较强的富集金属离子的能力,可将无机碘转化为人体易吸收的有机碘,从而获得富含有机碘的螺旋藻,提高螺旋藻的品质和开发高附加值产品.该文从螺旋藻的富碘机理入手,简要介绍了螺旋藻的富碘效果及研究现状.%Spirulina grows fast and is easily cultivated, which has strong ability for minerals accumulation and could bring inorganic state iodine into easily absorbed organic state. Organic iodine-rich spirulina obtained could be used for improved quality of Spirulina platensis and high value-added products. Starting with iodine-rich mechanism of S. Platensis, effect of iodine-rich and current research status of S. Platensis were introduced briefly in this paper.
