采用自制沼气发酵装置,以沼气产气量,甲烷含量,COD去除率为响应指标,通过L9(34)正交实验,对沼气发酵工艺参数进行优化配置,得到理论最优条件为:发酵原料池外堆沤,间隔5 d投料,接种沼气池污泥,接种量为30%;实际最优条件为:发酵原料不堆沤,投料间隔时间为9 d,接种沼气池污泥,接种量为30%.%The simulated biogas fermentation reactors were adopted and the L9 (34) orthogonal experiments were conducted to study and optimize the rural biogas process taking the stackretting, feeding interval, the type and quantity of inoculum as indexes. The result showed that the optimal parameter group theoretically was stackretting outside the digester, inoculation of 30%, 5 days of feeding interval, and inoculated with sludge; while the actual optimal conditions was no stackretting, inoculation of 30%, 9 days of feeding interval, inoculated with biogas sludge.
