猪链球菌病病原的分离鉴定及药敏试验

     

摘要

本试验对某猪场关节肿大疑似猪链球菌的仔猪进行剖检并无菌操作抽取关节液,对3份关节液进行细菌分离和鉴定,共分离到2株病原菌,对这2株病原菌进行革兰氏染色,结果都为G+球菌,多数成双,也有三五个一起,少数成长链;进一步通过生化鉴定、溶血现象观察和动物致病性试验,结果表明,其菌落形态、染色、培养特性及理化性质符合链球菌的特点,并都具有β溶血现象;通过药敏试验发现,2株菌株对许多种药物都产生了一定的耐药性,只有头孢唑啉和哌拉西林为高度敏感药物.综合该养殖场仔猪关节肿大的流行病学、临床症状、病理剖检、细菌分离、鉴定结果和临床用药效果,判定该场仔猪关节肿大的主要病原为关节炎型链球菌感染所致.%Two bacteria strains of pathogen were isolated and identified from the pigling sent by the pig farm by autopsy, both of gram-positive bacteria,globular. Further biochemical identifications and hemolysis indicate that the two bacteria strains of pathogen are swine streptococcosis. The two highly sensitive drugs which are screened by the drug sensitive tests have good results in clinical application. Combing with the epidemiological studies, clinical symptoms, pathoanatomical results and the isolation and identification of the pathogen of the sudden death syndrome of the pig from the farm, we draw the conclusion that the main cause of the sudden death syndrome of the sika pig are swine streptococcosis.
